Despite it saying that you can play at 12:01 EDT I haven't been able to launch the game here on the west coast. Looks like someone else may want to create the Oppo car club if they can play yet.

I don't think it's up for anyone at the moment. Something might have to be loaded on MS' servers and it's taking awhile. Or they forgot.
